FAQ

How far in advance should I book my shoot?

A.The ideal time to book to ensure you get YOUR preferred time/date is at least 4 weeks in advance. Although we will attempt to accommodate last-minute requests

When will we get our photos?

A.You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 10 business days (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

How many pictures will we receive?

A.You receive the amount of images included in your package. You select the ones you want from the from the photography session. You only purchase the ones you want. Additional photos are available at an additional cost.

How many people can book a shoot together?

A.Each photo session package accommodates up to three participants. Looking to include more friends or family? Easily add more guests to your session for just $30 per additional person beyond the initial three

What if I am running late?

A.Please text or email your photographer if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind your photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it’s unlikely your shoot can be extended (although it’s always possible, so please ask!).

What if I need to reschedule, or cancel?

A.If you need to cancel for any reason, please email or call us and we will refund 90% of your booking fee as long as you provide us no less than 30 days’ notice prior to your scheduled shoot date.

Within 30 days, once the shoot date and time are confirmed, you may cancel up to seven (7) days in advance of the date and time of the reservation for a 50% refund; we will retain the 50% balance for processing and handling fees.

Within seven (7) days of the shoot date and time, all sales are final and there is no refund for canceled shoots.
